Best Healthcare SDR Agencies in 2026: An Honest Comparison

Disclosure: Connexu is one of the companies on this list. We've tried to describe everyone fairly, using each company's own published information.

If you sell to health systems, health plans, MedTech buyers, or physician groups, you've probably noticed that "best SDR agency" lists are mostly written by the agencies themselves, and they usually rank themselves first. This guide does it differently. We compared ten outsourced SDR, appointment setting, and B2B healthcare lead generation companies using only what each one publishes on its own site. Where something isn't public, we say so. We don't invent ratings or quote reviews.

The short version: the right partner depends on whether you need healthcare depth, low cost per hour, or flexible month-to-month terms. No single agency wins on all three.

How we evaluated healthcare SDR agencies

We looked at seven things that matter more in healthcare than in general B2B outbound:

  1. Healthcare specialization. Is healthcare the whole business, a dedicated practice, or one industry page among dozens? Selling to a CMIO, a VP of Revenue Cycle, or a health plan network director takes different language than selling SaaS to a marketing team.
  2. Channels. Phone, email, LinkedIn, and anything else (events, retargeting, ABM). Healthcare buyers are hard to reach on any single channel.
  3. Data and compliance awareness. Does the provider talk about HIPAA, healthcare data, or list quality? B2B outbound rarely touches patient data, but a team that understands the rules will avoid saying the wrong thing to clinical buyers.
  4. Pricing transparency. Is there a published price, a starting point, or just "contact us"?
  5. Ramp. How long does the provider say it takes to launch?
  6. Reporting. What visibility do you get into activity, meetings, and pipeline?
  7. Contract terms. Pilot length, month-to-month vs. annual, and how a "qualified" meeting is defined.

The agencies, one by one

1. Connexu: best for a healthcare-only focus

Who we are: a managed SDR and B2B lead generation company built exclusively for healthcare. Our healthcare-specialized SDRs book meetings with health system, payer, MedTech, digital health, health IT, and life sciences buyers.

  • Healthcare focus: healthcare only. Every SDR goes through our SDaRmy training, which includes modules on HIPAA, HITECH, CMS rules, and value-based care.
  • Channels and tools: email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach, plus retargeting. Reps are supported by our AI SDR Co-Pilot (account research and message drafting), intent signals, account-propensity scoring, and ConnexuIQ call intelligence.
  • Reporting: a pipeline dashboard with real-time meeting tracking and weekly coaching and call reviews for the SDRs on your account.
  • Pricing: three tiers (Catalyst, Momentum, Apex), all custom-quoted. We don't publish a dollar figure.
  • Terms: clients are on annual retainers or monthly rolling agreements. We set outcome ranges up front based on your ICP, deal size, and sales cycle.
  • Worth knowing: if you sell outside healthcare too, we're not the right fit for those segments.

2. Belkins: best published healthcare starter package

Belkins was founded in 2017 and lists U.S. offices in Dover, Delaware and Denver, Colorado, plus locations in Europe. Its healthcare page says it has worked with B2B healthcare companies since 2017, across subindustries including pharmaceutical. It offers appointment setting, cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, lead research, ABM, and outsourced SDRs.

  • Pricing: the healthcare page lists a typical starter package "from $5,000" that includes 1,500 leads a month, three outreach channels. Final pricing is a custom proposal.
  • Proof: the healthcare page lists case-study results such as "34 qualified appointments in 2 months" and "80 qualified appointments in 7 months."
  • Worth knowing: Belkins assigns a dedicated account manager and SDRs with relevant industry experience, according to its site.

3. SalesHive: best for flat-fee, no-contract outbound

SalesHive says it has been doing outbound since 2016 and serves 47 industries, including healthcare and healthcare IT. One healthcare services case study on its homepage reports 1,440 meetings, 96% of them with safety, EHS, and risk leaders.

  • Pricing: one flat monthly fee covering SDRs, a strategist, its AI platform, data, and sending tools. No setup fees. Three tiers (Starter, Growth, Crush) with U.S.-based or offshore SDR options. Starter is phone only; Growth and Crush add email. Rates are quoted on a strategy call.
  • Terms: "No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with written notice." SalesHive charges a flat monthly fee rather than pricing per meeting.
  • Ramp: it says two to three weeks to launch.

4. Martal Group: best for a structured pilot

Martal lists offices in Oakville, Ontario; San Francisco; and Uniondale, New York, plus Clermont-Ferrand, France. It offers appointment setting, outbound lead generation, cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn lead generation, and sales outsourcing, and it has a dedicated healthcare and medical lead generation page.

  • Pricing: a flat monthly fee, or a flat fee plus sales commission on higher tiers. Dollar amounts aren't published.
  • Terms: a three- or four-month pilot campaign, then a monthly subscription.

5. Callbox: best for global, multi-region campaigns

Callbox says it was founded in 2004 and describes itself as "the world's largest provider of outsourced B2B marketing and sales support." Its site lists campaigns across APAC, Latin America, and Europe. For healthcare tech, it describes "HIPAA-aware outreach" aimed at clinical and administrative decision-makers.

Leadium was launched by the team that founded CIENCE in 2014. It offers appointment setting, data sourcing, and inbound lead qualification across outbound email, cold calling, LinkedIn, gifting, and events. Healthcare isn't one of the industries featured on its site.

  • Pricing: not published, but its intake form offers budget bands starting at "$2,500 to $3,500" a month.
  • Terms: all contracts are month-to-month.
  • Ramp: it lists 7 to 10 days to launch appointment setting.

Hit Rate Solutions is a Philippines-headquartered outsourcing company with a U.S. office in Chicago. It focuses on cold calling and appointment setting and publishes pricing that "starts from $7/hr." Its healthcare appointment setting page describes HIPAA-aware calling, though much of that page is about patient-facing scheduling rather than B2B sales meetings, so check scope before signing.

Which type of healthcare SDR agency fits you?

Most of these companies fall into four rough groups. Start with the group, then compare providers inside it.

Healthcare-only specialists (Connexu). Best when your buyers are health systems, payers, or MedTech decision-makers and you want reps who already know the vocabulary, the buying committees, and the compliance lines. The trade-off: they won't help with your non-healthcare segments.

Large generalists with a healthcare practice (Belkins, Callbox, Martal, Revnew, SalesHive). Best when you sell into several industries and want one vendor, or you want large-scale infrastructure and published playbooks. Ask who on the team has actually sold to your healthcare buyer.

Flexible or low-cost options (Leadium's month-to-month terms, Hit Rate's hourly calling). Best for testing outbound in a new segment before committing, or adding phone coverage to a team you already run.

If you're still deciding whether to outsource at all, our in-house vs. managed healthcare SDR cost breakdown walks through the full math. For price ranges across retainer, per-meeting, and hybrid models, see Healthcare Appointment Setting: How It Works and What It Costs.

Questions to ask any provider before you sign

  • Who will work my account, and have they sold to my buyer (CIO, CFO, VP of Supply Chain, health plan network lead)?
  • How do you define a qualified meeting, and what happens when one no-shows?
  • Where does your contact data come from, and how do you handle bounces and job changes?
  • What will I see each week: activity, meetings, or pipeline?
  • How long is the initial commitment, and what does it take to exit?
  • Can I hear real calls and see real emails from a current healthcare campaign?

FAQ

What does a healthcare SDR agency do? It runs outbound prospecting for you: building lists of decision-makers at healthcare organizations, contacting them by phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualifying interest, and booking meetings for your account executives. Some also handle data, CRM admin, and reporting. For a deeper look at the role, see our healthcare SDR guide.

How much do healthcare appointment setting companies cost? Published figures in this list range from about $7 an hour for offshore calling to healthcare starter packages "from $5,000" a month. Most providers quote custom prices based on scope, number of SDRs, and channels. Our appointment setting cost guide covers typical ranges.

Should I choose a healthcare specialist or a generalist? If most of your pipeline comes from health systems, payers, or MedTech, a specialist usually gets to relevant conversations with less ramp because the reps already know the buyers. If healthcare is one of several markets, a generalist with a healthcare practice can cover everything under one contract.

Does outsourced SDR work involve HIPAA? B2B sales outreach to healthcare executives rarely involves protected health information. Still, reps should understand HIPAA and related rules so they don't overstep with clinical buyers, and any provider that does patient-facing calling needs formal HIPAA processes.

The bottom line

There's no single best healthcare SDR agency, only the best fit for your buyers, budget, and appetite for commitment. Shortlist two or three providers from the group that matches your situation, ask the questions above, and insist on seeing real healthcare campaign work.
